Frequently Asked Questions Regarding Tuition and Enrollment at The Glen
If you have 2 or more children enrolling at The Glen, you will need to complete BOTH contracts before your FACTS button will appear.
Sibling discounts will be added after your FACTS account is created and updated. A sibling discount of 8% will be added to the student with the lower tuition, and 5% for any additional siblings. You will receive an email update from FACTS when a sibling discount has been applied.
The annual Glen enrollment fee of $350 will appear on your FACTS account. Please pay this amount. The following credits will then be entered in time for your first tuition payment of the next fiscal year:
If your child is a returning student, you will receive a $50 credit
If the re-enrollment contract is signed and returned, and the enrollment fee is paid by Friday, April 3, you will receive another $50 credit
To clarify the monthly tuition payments: Toddler tuition is spread across 12 months (May – April); all other programs’ tuition is spread across 9 months (July – March). Monthly installments will be manually configured in FACTS after the contract is signed.
Please complete the Bus Transportation Form in FinalSite now to ensure transportation is arranged for next year. Ms. Luisa will coordinate with your school district, and bus details will be shared from your school district over the summer. If your Bus Transportation Form is completed AFTER MAY 1, transportation may be delayed.
