First Aid/CPR with Dr. Jenifer A. Swab! Jen has over 40 years of experience in public safety as a Paramedic, Rescue Technician, and Firefighter. She is a Lieutenant/Paramedic at Foxwall EMS in Fox Chapel, PA.  Jen has been teaching CPR and first aid for four decades and is passionate about all facets of EMS education, including teaching CPR and knowing what to do before an ambulance arrives.  Jen resides in the North Hills of Pgh with her husband and five children, including quadruplets.

Keeping Your Family Safe Online/Internet Safety with Mike Murray.  Michael Murray has dedicated over 20 years of his career to advancing information security, working at the forefront of cybersecurity and incident response. At Carnegie Mellon University’s Software Engineering Institute (SEI), he held key roles at the CERT Coordination Center (CERT/CC), where he contributed to strengthening national-level cybersecurity infrastructure and enhancing incident response strategies. As Director of Incident Response Consulting at Dell Secureworks, Mike led a global team that prepared organizations for and responded to critical cybersecurity threats. An active leader in the security community, Mike has served on the Board of Directors for the Forum of Incident Response and Security Teams (FIRST) and is a member of InfraGard. He applies his extensive expertise as a Senior Security Architect for Sheetz, Inc.
