Event details (please read before purchasing the Event Ticket):
— If your Glen student wants to carve a pumpkin, we require an adult-to-child ratio of one grandparent to one grandchild.
— If grandparents are picking up The Glen student, the grandparent must be listed as an authorized pick-up person on the Emergency Contact Form. Parents can review this information through The Glen’s Parent Portal> Admissions & Enrollment Portal (FinalSite Enrollment).
— Grandparents are responsible for all children, including toileting activities.
— This activity is available to all Glen students but is geared toward students ages 18 months through 8 years. Unfortunately, children not currently enrolled at The Glen cannot attend.
— Clothes may get dirty or painted, so grandparents and grandchildren should dress accordingly. Smocks are unavailable for everyone.
— Of course, if a grandparent is unavailable, an aunt, uncle, or special friend of a different generation can substitute.
— Unfortunately, we cannot refund in case of illness or other cancellations.
— Our building pre-dates most common accessibility accommodations. If you need help descending or climbing 15 stairs, please reach out to ltrapizona@glenmontessori.org with your registration before October 9.
— If you want to participate but are concerned about this event’s cost and its impact on your family budget, don’t hesitate to contact Marcia at mfischer@glenmontessori.org.
— This is geared to be a grandparent activity, but we need some parent volunteers. If you are a parent and would like to attend, please consider volunteering that evening. We need help with check-in, managing snacks, art activities, etc. Email mfischer@glenmontessori.org if you are interested.
