2025 Puppets, Pajamas, and Pizza

This year, we celebrated Puppets, Pajamas, and Pizza with a Lion Dance, performed by Steel Dragon!  A type of costume-puppetry, the Lion Dance is a traditional Chinese dance typically performed during Chinese New Year and other festivals for good luck.  Friday evening, our friendly dragon also threw lettuce at our Glen families – an extra bit of luck to kick off 2025!

The performance was based on the story of a Chinese philosopher, Mengzi.  Read the story here.
